Every so often we run a little campaign that whenever you buy a product, we plant a tree. From 9am this Friday until Sunday midnight Sunday (UK time) for every purchase you make we will plant one tree. It just make sense for you and the environment.<\/p>

This is in conjunction with our clothing supplier, Teemill. The Buy One Get One Tree campaign is just another way in which we are striving for sustainability in what we do and what we bring to you guys in the gaming community. So with that in mind here is a little bit of information about where those trees are and what they do.<\/p>

One of the places where our trees are planted is Madagascar. In Madagascar, trees help to keep the coastline stable. They diversify and restore the balance of nature and preserve the environment for native species and ecosystems in one of the world's rarest and most diverse forests. After the trees are planted, protecting them is vital. Patrols and guard towers watch for fires and keep the forests from getting cut down illegally or destroyed by natural disasters. This means that your order not only plants a tree, but it also supports the essential jobs that help to keep our forest safe and thriving too.<\/p>

Our tree planting partnership offers a lot more than just the sowing of seeds. In Madagascar, our partners are also involved with wildlife conservation, protecting endangered species like chameleons and sea-eagles. A Nature Reserve nurses injured animals back to health and protects them from poaching. Planting and protecting forests gives wildlife a safer home to return to, countering the effects of deforestation. \u2060This means that every order on our store this weekend directly supports biodiversity in one of the world's rarest and most diverse forests.<\/p>
